BCU Series is the first clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter purpose-built for single-use or hybrid bioprocessing. It delivers real-time liquid flow measurement without ever contacting the fluid, preserving sterility and minimizing validation effort. With EtherNet/IP built in, it integrates effortlessly into automated skids and digital control systems - no gateways, no converters.

Advanced diagnostics and alarms are built in to support predictive maintenance, troubleshoot issues quickly, and improve process reliability—all accessible through the integrated web-based server interface. Additionally, the web-based server interface allows users to configure key settings like flow units and the flow totalizer—giving you precise control for accurate, application-specific flow measurement.
