Brooks Instrument products are developed for standard industrial applications (i.e. not designed, developed, configured, adapted or modified for a military or space application) and are subject to the Export Administration Regulations as indicated on the following tables.

Please reference the import regulations on HTS codes for the specific country where you are importing Brooks Instrument products as the last four digits of the HTS code may vary. The tables below are specific to the US.

CM Capacitance Manometer – Validated Export License may be required for certain countries as indicated in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR Part 738 Supplement 1).
