Brooks Instrument has a dedicated Technical Service and Repair Group that provides after sales technical support, warranty repair and a full range of paid services. The Technical Service staff includes managers, technical service engineers, coordinators, instrument technicians, and calibrators all dedicated to after sales support for our customers.
Brooks Technical Services offers a wide range of after sales service for our products. These services include:
- After sales phone support for all products
- Calibration of liquid and gas measurement products to recognized standards (NIST/NMI)
- Calibration of Glass Tube Primary Standards
- Native gas calibrations on N2, Ar, H2, He, and CO2
- Product firmware upgrades
- Field service at customer's site
- Customer training, product and software
- Refurbishing of Quantim Coriolis products
- Refurbishing of Variable Area products (Rotameters)
- Refurbishing of Thermal Mass Flow products
- Refurbishing of Secondary Electronic products
- 90 Day Warranty on all serviced products
Variable Area Meter (Rotameter) Services
 Technical Services provides full service for glass and metal tube variable area flow meters. Services may include scale checks, recalibrations, as-found/as-left calibrations, certification to primary standards, and complete meter refurbishing. All meters are 100% pressure tested and are returned with a 90-day warranty.
Thermal Mass Flow Meter and Thermal Mass Flow Controller Services
 Technical Services provides full service for all thermal mass flow meters and mass flow controllers that includes standard calibrations, valve tuning, as-found/as-left calibrations, certifications to recognized primary standards, and complete meter refurbishing. All meters are 100% pressure and helium leak tested and are returned with a 90 day warranty. Calibrations can be performed with Air, N2, H2, Ar, and CO2 at flow rates up to 2500 slpm for meters and controllers and air calibrations up to 7000 slpm for meters.
QUANTIM Precision Mass Flow Meters and Flow Controllers
 Services for QUANTIM mass flow products include re-ranging of products, as-found/as-left calibrations, and certification to recognized primary standards. All units are 100% pressure tested and helium leak tested as well as dried internally. All repairs are returned with a 90 day warranty.
Secondary Electronics
 Support is also available for set point controllers, power supplies, and electronic accessories used on and with variable area and thermal mass flow products. Service may include circuit board repair, calibrations, and complete refurbishing of electronic devices.

Brooks Instrument operates first class repair facilities located around the world to provide rapid response and support. Each location utilizes primary standard calibration equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability for repairs and recalibration.
