Overview

Brooks Instrument’s versatile, economic acrylic flow meters are ideal for a variety of air, water, and gas flow instrumentation applications.

Series 2500 is a standard precision-machined acrylic flow meter for liquids and gases. It has direct reading air or water scales and is available in either English or Metric scales. Series 2500 can be configured with various control valve, fitting and O-ring options.

Plastic Tube Rotameter, 5% accuracy
The Brooks 2510 plastic-tube rotameter provides 5% FS accuracy with a 2” scale in a space saving size. It can be configured with a control valve on the inlet or no valve. 1/8” NPT fittings and valve can be specified in either brass or stainless steel. O-rings are available in either Buna-N, Viton® fluoroelastomer or other optional elastomers.

The Brooks 2520 plastic-tube rotameter provides 3% FS accuracy with a 4” scale. It can be configured with a control valve on the inlet or no valve. 1/8” NPT fittings and valve can be specified in either brass or stainless steel. O-rings are available in either Buna-N, Viton® fluoroelastomer or other optional elastomers.

Plastic Tube Rotameter, 2% accuracy
The Brooks 2540 plastic-tube rotameter provides 2% FS accuracy with a 5” scale. It has 1" FNPT PVC or stainless steel fittings with either an in-line Model 2540-I or panel mount Model 2540-S configuration. The panel mount version is available with an integral valve on the inlet Model 2540-V or no valve.
