Brooks Flomega™ Model 5881/91 mass flow meters and flow controllers provide precise flow measurement and control of process liquids up to 100 gr/hr. The patented through-flow sanitary liquid mass sensor is enclosed in a weatherproof housing and certified for use in Hazardous area Zone I or II. High accuracy and repeatability ensure proper process recipe. Virtually insensitive to changes in process temperature, pressure, density, viscosity or mounting orientation.
