Return Policies
Our team is standing by to handle your returns quickly and efficiently. However, in order to provide a safe working environment for our employees, we ask that all customers adhere to our returns procedures. These procedures must be followed to meet the legal requirements of applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Failure to follow procedures may result in your refusal of your equipment delivery.
Return procedures and all required forms are provided below. To return equipment, read the appropriate procedure or contact the Brooks Instrument Customer Service Department nearest you:

“New-and-unused” vs. “used” equipment
Only equipment that has not been removed from the original shipping package will be considered new and unused.
All other equipment is considered used. Used equipment must be completely decontaminated and cleaned before being returned. All foreign substances that have comein contact with the equipment must be documented.

Please obtain an RMA number

Return Policies
Please complete a Repair & Warranty Request Form and an End User Information Form and send both to the attention of our Repair Coordinator (contact information is on the forms). After receipt of these forms, you will be provided an order number (RMA-number).
Please be advised that in compliance with all applicable Export Control Regulations including UN, U.S., EU and local regulations/orders/resolutions in force in our country and/or the country from which the Goods or Service will be exported, we must be informed of the Country of Final Destination, name and address of Your Customer, name and address of the End User and the End Use/Application.
