Overview

Brooks pressure transducers use the latest technology advancements in strain gauge technology, including a high-temperature glass bonding process, digital signal processing, high-performance digital electronics, reverse polarity protection, and EMI immunity. The ultra stable, micro-machined silicon strain gauges are matched and glass fused at high temperature to the metal diaphragm. This process reduces "drift" commonly associated with competitive products.

SS2 Pressure Transducers

The Brooks SS2 are pressure tranducers designed for stable, accurate, and reliable pressure monitoring in ultra-high purity applications.

The ultra stable, micro machined silicon strain gauges are matched and fused, at high temperature to the metal diaphragm to relieve manufacturing induces stress. The process reduces "drift" (lack of zero stability) commonly associated with competitive products. Consequently, down time for zero adjustment to compensate for "drift" are exponentially reduced. In addition, the unique mechnaical design eliminates the torque effects during installation.

SS2 (ATEX Compliant) Pressure Transducers

The Brooks SS2 (formerly SolidSense II) (ATEX compliant) pressure tranducers are designed for stable, accurate, and reliable pressure monitoring in ultra-high purity applications in the harshest environments.
