MultiFlo™ Configurator V5.26:

Version 5.26 of the Brooks Multiflo™ Configurator has changes that may have copy exact implications for the GF100 Series and Celerity / Unit brand devices. If your company follows copy exact procedures it is recommended to continue using the current approved version until these changes are approved.

Brooks MultiFlo user software for Windows operating systems provides the user with a fast and simple method to reprogram the gas and range on the GF100 Series, GF40/80 and Celerity / Unit brand mass flow controllers without removing them from the gas line.

Version 5.26 of the Brooks Multiflo™ Configurator now includes these features:

• Ability to change the mounting orientation on non-configurable GF devices.
• DNet Poll I/O State Transition can now be configured from the 'Device Setting' screen.
• Labels can now be printed to any Windows configured printer. Printer must be setup as 'Generic/Text Based' and must support ZPL.

Version 5.26 of the Brooks Multiflo™ Configurator now includes FloCom databases db121203.

• This version of the database supports the GF100 Series, GF40/80, Celerity / Unit legacy brand flow controllers, and GF125HA for hydrogen and is compatible with FCPlus v1.26 and higher.
• New pure gas support includes ethane, C2H6 (54) and dimethylethylamine, C4H11N (371).
• New gas mixtures include 5%HF/N2 (982), 3%H2S/CO (983), 1.4%C2H2/Ar (984), 2%Ge2H6/H2 (985), 38%SiCl4/O2 (986), 20%H2S/20%CO2/N2 (987), 20%SiH2Cl2/H2 (988), 0.1%Cl2/N2 (989), 1%HCl/ N2 (990), and 3%BCl3/N2 (991).
• FCPlus v1.26 is included in this install.

Version 5.22 has changes that may have copy exact implications for the GF100 Series and Celerity / Unit brand devices. If your company follows copy exact procedures it is recommended that you continue using V5.18 until these changes are approved.
