Brooks Instrument Introduces Four New Level Measurement Products
Hatfield, PA (December 18, 2009) – Brooks Instrument, a world-leading provider of advanced flow measurement, control, and level solutions, recently introduced four new level measurement products that compliment the robust and versatile Magnetic Level Gauge (MLG) series already on the market. A simple continuous level measurement transmitter, two point level measurement switches, and a flow switch.

MC1000 Continuous Level Transmitter
This economical continuous level measurement device can be used as a stand-alone product or as an option on 810 MLG series. With versatile construction (316SS, PVC, or PVDF), the MC1000 comes with either flanged or threaded tank connections providing flexible mounting options. Features two-wire 4-20 mA interface and an available HART interface option. ATEX approved EX and IS versions are also available.
ANV/ANH Point Level Switch
The vertical (Series ANV) or horizontal (Series ANG) level switches are designed to detect level 
variations and activate alarms accordingly. They can be used for normal, corrosive, or hazardous liquids and are certified explosion-proof or intrinsically safe. Certified material, NACE, radiography options are available to meet customer specifications.
MR783 Multi-Point Level Switch
This multi-point level switch features a compact size, making it easy to mount in multiple locations on a tank. With versatile construction (316SS, PVC, or PVDF), the MR783 is certified explosion-proof or intrinsically safe and is capable of indicating more than one level per tank and triggers alarms accordingly.
CCB311 Flow Switch
The CCB311 flow switch is designed to detect low flows in horizontal or vertical pipes with an upward flow direction. Suitable for liquids for gases, the CCB311 flow switch is very robust with high repeatability and a very basic design. Certified explosion-proof or intrinsically safe.
